Half Day Rental

Half day rental is your choice of either: 

10am-3pm or 5pm-10pm

-$250 Non-Refundable deposit due at the time you book your event and will be put towards your balance.

-$500 Refundable cleaning deposit required to be paid 30 days prior to event. 

(Refundable only if all cleaning requirements are met)

-Balance is due 30 days prior to the event.

Total cost: $500

Perfect for overnight birthday parties, Baby Showers, Bridal showers, or just a weekend getaway.  Rental includes access to our swimming pool and hot tub. This rental also includes the lounge space. 

- House rental is $350 per day or book a overnight stay for $350 per night(2 night minimum)

Perfect for overnight birthday parties, Family Fun day, or just a weekend getaway.  Rental includes axe throwing, corn hole, pool, dart board, putting green, and fire pit. (hot tub coming soon).  

- Cabin rental is $300 per day

or  book for an overnight stay for $300 per night (2 night minimum).

- Half of total price ( Non-Refundable deposit) required at the time you book your event and will be put towards your balance.

The Lounge will serve as our Rehearsal area but will also be a great location for baby showers, birthday parties, graduation parities, engagement parties,  company meetings and more! With black interior accented with brick, rock, and moody lighting, the lounge is sure to make your event one to talk about. The lounge will be connected to the bridal house which allows for a full kitchen and all the furnishings you will need to host.  This space is heated and cooled and will hold up to 50 guests.  This rental also includes access to the bridal house. 

Total cost: $350 

The chapel is 2400 square ft of party area equipped with bathrooms and full size kitchen. This space will be heated and cooled and can be used for birthday parties, graduation parties, company parties, baby showers, bridal showers, and more. 

Half day Rental $500

party decor packages are available as well. 

Total cost: Dependent on Rental type.  

The Chalet is the perfect spot for a romantic couple’s escape or a fun glamping adventure with the kids. Perched on top of the mountain, it offers breathtaking aerial views of our farm, giving you a peaceful and private retreat. Whether you’re looking for a secluded getaway for two or a laid-back weekend with the family, this is the place. Enjoy the relaxing hot tub, and let the kids burn off energy on the obstacle course.

Rates: $185 per night (2-night minimum) or $300 for a single-night stay.

Total cost: Dependent on Rental type.
